Ploughman’s Hill Olives were first pressed in 1999 & the resulting oil has always been graded ‘extra virgin’. Our extra-virgin olive oil is Australian-grown, and all processing and packaging are done in the central west region of NSW. Our extra-virgin olive oil is tested by an accredited Australian Laboratory to ensure it meets the International and Australian certification standards for Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. This also includes Organoleptic testing, which is taste testing by a certified tasting panel. We only sell certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is Proudly 100% Australian.
