Ploughman’s Hill Olives were first pressed in 1999 & the resulting oil has always been graded ‘extra virgin’. Our extra Virgin Olive Oil is Australian grown and all processing and packaging is done in the central west region of NSW. Our extra Virgin Olive Oil is tested by an accredited Australian Laboratory to make sure it meets the International and Australian certification tests for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This also includes Organoleptic testing, which is taste testing by a certified tasting panel. We only sell certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is Proudly 100% Australian.
